☕ À propos du coffeeshop

The Katsu est l'un des plus anciens coffeeshops d'Amsterdam. J'ai entendu dire qu'il était historiquement connu pour accueillir les stoneuses, femmes & queers. Situé au coeur du marché et proche du parc, tu peux être sûre d'y trouver des locaux qui dessine ou qui profite de la vue des chiens sur la terrasse. A l'intérieur, tu y trouveras des weeds organiques et de belles illustrations d'en tout temps qui te font te demander si tu les as déjà vus dans ta vie. Encore un de mes endroits préféré. Selon ma spécialiste préférée, j'ai appris qu'il avait pas mal changé au fur à mesure des années mais vous recevrez toujours un accueil des plus chaleureux. Une pensée spéciale à la grande carte dans le fond, que j'ai l'impression d'avoir eu plus petite dans ma chambre. Et une pensée encore plus spéciales à leurs nouvelles gaufres hollandaises, à la beuh'

☕ About the coffeeshop

The Katsu is one of Amsterdam's oldest coffeeshops. I heard it was historically known for welcoming female & queer stoners. Located at the heart of the market and near the park, be sure to find locals drawing or enjoying the view of passing dogs on the terrace. Inside you'll find amazing organic weeds and illustrations from other times that can make you phase long enough to wonder what you already had seen in it. Yet another one of my favorites. From my favorite specialist, I have learned it had quite changed over the years but you will still receive the warmest welcome. Special shout out the illustrated map at the back that always makes me wonder if I had the same when I was younger. And a bigger shout out the amazing space dutch waffles.
